Use the form below to nominate a jurisdiction or municipality. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed by the Board. Once you submit your application, please email Loading... with no less than five (5) digital images, which may include pictures depicting your infrastructure, or other visual representations evidencing your success in promoting ZEV-readiness. Subject line should read "[JURISDICTION/MUNICIPALITY NAME] ZEV Readiness Awards." Your application will not be considered without digital images submission.
