Ashley Dena, Dealer Member, was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom in August of 2023. Dena is Chair of the Board’s Government and Industry Affairs Committee, and Member of the Committee on Equity, Justice and Inclusion, and Administration Committee.
Dena is Executive Managing Partner of Ed Dena’s Auto Center in Dinuba, California and is a second-generation dealer. She has worked for Ed Dena’s Auto Center since 2014 and is a graduate from the National Automobile Dealers Association’s Dealer Candidate Academy.
Dena serves as a Director on the Central California New Car Dealers Association Board and is an active member of both General Motors Minority Dealer Development and General Motors Women’s Retail Network.
Her term expires on January 15, 2026.
